Who can become a mystery shopper?
Anyone aged 18 or over with a keen eye for detail, good written communication and access to a smartphone or computer can apply. No previous experience is required — we’ll guide you through every step.

Does it cost anything to apply?
Not at all. Signing up is completely free. A genuine mystery shopping company will never ask you to pay a fee to join or to receive assignments.

What does a typical assignment involve?
You’ll visit a store, restaurant or service location as a regular customer, observe key details such as cleanliness, staff friendliness and service speed, then submit an honest online report shortly after your visit.

How and when do I get paid?
Each assignment lists its shopper fee and any purchase reimbursement upfront. Payment is issued once your report has been reviewed and approved, so you always know what to expect before accepting a job.

Can I choose my own assignments?
Yes. You decide which assignments to accept based on your location, schedule and interests. Shop as often or as little as you like — it’s a flexible way to earn on your own terms.

How long until I hear back after applying?
We review every application carefully and typically respond within a few business days. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for accessing available assignments in your area.
